Stretch & Compression sessions are inspired by my training in Ashi-Thai & Fijian Barefoot massage. Unlike a spa massage, these sessions are done with the client fully clothed and without any lotion. Instead of gliding strokes, these sessions feature passive stretching, friction, and compression. Great for athletes! **PLEASE NOTE-WHAT TO WEAR: You will need to wear athletic/yoga clothing, preferably with long sleeves and pants- pajamas work too! Please no jeans or basketball shorts.
Ashiatsu is a Japanese technique applied with the therapist's bare feet using overhead bars for stability. As with Swedish massage, the session is delivered to an unclothed client on a table with full draping. Deep pressure, great for back & shoulder issues. Ashiatsu session are applied with feet only. *Not safe during pregnancy.*
Mixed Technique Massages are performed primarily with the hands and feature other techniques tailored to your specific needs: Ashiatsu, Fijiian Barefoot, Cupping, Thai massage, Hot Stones. *for FULL BODY sessions, please book at least 60 minutes; for FULL BODY plus multiple focus areas, please book at least 75 minutes*
