I have been a licensed massage therapist in Indianapolis (Indiana license number: MT21204230) since 2012. I established AHH Therapeutic Massage in the fall of 2015 & began offering barefoot techniques in 2018. As Indy's Premier BackWalker, I've introduced barefoot massage techniques & their amazing benefits to many clients & therapists in the Indianapolis area. Always striving to keep up-to-date on current pain science & massage theories, I approach age-old methods-- like cupping & ashiatsu-- with a perspective influenced by modern science.

I am experienced, trained, and/or certified in a wide variety of massage techniques/styles and complementary therapies. Barefoot techniques currently include Ashiatsu, Fijian Sports Massage and Ashi-Thai massage. Hands-on techniques include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, and Prenatal. Complementary therapies available are cupping and a selection of thermotherapy tools such as hot stones & warm bamboo.  The breadth of my training & experience help me to create a custom session that suits you and your needs!

My office continues to remain conscious of the pandemic. We are all vaccinated & boosted, and as healthcare workers we will continue to be first in line for any future doses.
